iTRTech Group is seeking a Backend Java Developer for a fully remote role across Europe. You will build cloud-native backend services using Java, AWS, microservices, and Kubernetes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of backend experience, strong Java skills, and hands-on AWS and Kubernetes expertise, with fluency in Portuguese (B2+) and English (C1+).

Formación

• At least 4 years of professional backend development experience.
• Solid hands-on experience with Java.
• Proven experience designing or developing microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud environments.
• Professional experience using Kubernetes in production environments.
• Solid experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with distributed and scalable systems.
• Experience with container technologies, particularly Docker.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing.
• Portuguese at B2 level or higher.
• English at C1 level or higher for daily communication in an international environment.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and distributed services.
• Build and deploy cloud solutions using AWS services.
• Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Ensure application scalability, resilience, security, and performance.
• Participate in technical design and architecture decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, QA, architecture, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
