Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Madrid is seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-grade claims management solutions using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices. You will translate business requirements into robust architectures and own the full software lifecycle.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong English, and a track record delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable systems.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Java software engineering.
• Experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable, enterprise-grade claims management solutions using modern Java technologies.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems and platforms.
• Drive technical excellence by delivering secure, high-performing, and maintainable applications that meet scalability and compliance standards.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including coding, code reviews, automated testing, deployment, and production support.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership, promoting best practices in software design, quality assurance, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows, reporting capabilities, and data-driven decision making.
• Enhance platform reliability and delivery efficiency through CI/CD improvements, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
