Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager based in Madrid to lead end-to-end IT initiatives in a diverse, international environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure delivery within scope and time constraints.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IT project management experience, strong knowledge of Waterfall and Scrum, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven end-to-end IT project delivery in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile (Scrum).
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver IT projects ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technical departments.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and govern project processes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders.
