A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a Senior IT Service Expert to support an international client's IT reorganisation project. The role is mainly remote with some onsite requirements in Germany. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in IT Service Management and fluency in English. You will act as an expert, consult across operations, and design ITIL frameworks. This position offers a competitive workload of 5 days per week and a contract duration of 6 months.

Formación

  • Extensive project experience in IT Service Management.
  • Strong project experience with ITIL and ITSM.
  • Project experience in design and conception of framework and processes.

Responsabilidades

Senior IT Service Expert (ITIL,ITSM) - 6+ months - Mainly Remote, some on site work in Germany - Start ASAP

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Service Expert (ITIL,ITSM).

Your main task is to support the client in an IT reorganisation project across services, operations and IT infrastructure processes.

Tasks
  • Act as IT Service Expert
  • Support customer in global IT reorganisation project
  • Consult customer across services, operations and IT infrastructure processes
  • Design ITIL framework and ITSM processes
  • Create global ITSM concept
  • Drive implementation of new IT organisation and understand interfaces and dependencies
  • Consolidate Change Management, Release Management and Service Management
  • Set up governance model
  • Coaching of internal team and best practice advise
Requirements
  • Extensive project experience in IT Service Management
  • Strong project experience with ITIL and ITSM
  • Strong project experience in global IT Reorganisation projects
  • Project experience in design and conception of framework, processes and governance model
  • Project experience in IT services, operations and IT infrastructure processes
  • Experience as lead, manager / project manager - highly beneficial
  • Experience in IT Service Management projects in large international organisations
  • Experience in Change Management, Release Management, Service Management
  • Project experience in the manufacturing industry, automotive or automotive supplier industry - Must
  • Fluency in English
Project details
  • Start : ASAP
  • Duration : 6 months (+ option to extend)
  • Workload : 5 days per week
  • Location : Mainly remote, some on site work for Workshops in Germany may be required
  • Languages : Fluent in English.
