• Proven experience in IT recruitment within the Spanish market, ideally in senior or leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including software engineering, data, infrastructure, and emerging tech trends.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken); German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology roles.
• Build and scale a high-performing tech talent pool for our new technology hub in Valencia.
• Develop and implement local employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
