Jobgether is partnering with a global pharmaceutical environment to appoint a Senior IT Project Manager focused on OT Security and Secure File Transfer in Spain. You will lead infrastructure security projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive regulatory-compliant deployments across multi-site operations.

The role requires extensive experience in OT security, cybersecurity programs, and vendor management within GxP-regulated settings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
• Proven track record delivering security platform implementations or cybersecurity transformations.
• Strong understanding of OT Security and IT/OT environments.
• Experience with Secure File Transfer, file security, or threat prevention solutions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure environments (GxP-regulated).
• Strong experience managing vendors, stakeholders, and multi-site deployments.
• Knowledge of project governance methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.).
• Fluent English in a global, regulated setting.
• Hands-on experience with OT/file security platforms like Claroty/OPSWAT is preferred.
• Knowledge of network segmentation, SIEM, PAM, secure remote access is a plus.
• PM-PROFESSIONAL certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of infrastructure security projects focused on OT Security platforms (Claroty) and Secure File Transfer.
• Manage implementation and expansion of OT cybersecurity capabilities including asset visibility and threat prevention.
• Deploy secure file transfer/file security technologies for secure data exchange and compliance.
• Coordinate delivery across OT, Infrastructure, Network, Security Operations, and site teams.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, timelines, and milestones.
• Ensure implementations align with security architecture and regulatory expectations.
• Prepare and present status updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
• Drive governance, testing, production readiness, and smooth project transitions.
