• 6+ years in project management or service delivery roles, preferably in IT environments.
• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with change and problem management processes.

• Plan, organize, and manage project activities.
• Coordinate tasks among team members to ensure smooth execution.

Conocimientos

Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

IT Service Management principles (ITIL or similar)

Excellent organizational skills

Proven ability to manage complex projects

Strong communication skills

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Advanced certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL Expert or Intermediate)
