Lanserhof Group is seeking a Senior IT Consultant for IT Infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of client servers, network infrastructure and firewalls while administering Microsoft and Linux environments. You will manage VMware vSphere, AD/Entra, MDM and security tools, and lead infrastructure projects in diverse networks.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science or IT, several years of senior IT experience, strong English, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with several years’ (senior) professional experience in IT infrastructure.
• Excellent knowledge of administration and support of Microsoft operating systems for servers and clients, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and network components (switches and firewalls).
• Practical expertise in client and server virtualization, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud applications, backup systems, as well as software deployment and patch management.
• Strong awareness of data protection and IT security.
• Strong service-oriented mindset, commitment, customer focus, teamwork and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems for clients, servers, network infrastructure and firewalls.
• Administration and monitoring of Microsoft and Linux environments, including Active Directory/Entra and Microsoft 365.
• Administration and support of VMware vSphere environments, including virtualization, operation and monitoring of virtual server infrastructures.
• Managing clients and mobile devices, including technical management (software deployment and MDM).
• Administering the implemented security tools in accordance with best practices and the highest IT security standards.
• Providing user support for all enquiries relating to the IT infrastructure.
• Designing and implementing infrastructure projects in heterogeneous network environments.
• Advising on the system integration of services and applications within the company.
• Creating and maintaining system, operational and user documentation.
