Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree required.
• +5 years relevant IT business analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER diagrams, interaction diagrams).
• Familiarity with BPMN or UML or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare business requirements and approve specifications.
• Manage change requests.
• Coordinate and review acceptance testing and plan deliveries.
• Report IT module status to stakeholders.
