All European Careers, S.L. is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst for the European Institutions in Brussels, Belgium, with relocation to Brussels required. EU candidates are welcome to apply.

You will prepare business requirements, manage change requests, coordinate testing, and report status to stakeholders while shaping documentation and training materials. Fluent English is required; relocation will be necessary while interviews may be remote.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• +5 years of IT business analysis experience.
• Knowledge of analysis/modelling tools (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams).
• Knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
• Ability to prepare clear business requirements documents.
• Experience with large organization administrative processes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Agile methodology certification would be a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare business requirements and approve specifications.
• Manage change requests.
• Coordinate and review acceptance testing and plan deliveries.
• Report IT module status to stakeholders.
• Assist with preparation of guidelines and training materials.
• Assist and/or participate in business requirements documents and other relevant documents.
• Interact with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders and developers.
• Participation in working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
