Job summary

Motherson is seeking an Internal Audit professional to provide independent assurance and consulting services across the company’s operations. You will evaluate risk management and governance processes, deliver analyses and recommendations, and support management in improving controls.

A travel requirement of 30-40% within the EU is expected, with fluency in English and additional European languages as a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus (German preferred).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills requested.
• Willingness to travel about 30-40% mainly within EU.
