Rôck&Villa in Mallorca is seeking a Senior Interior Architect to join our studio. You will work with the founders on a selective portfolio of high-end residential and hospitality projects across Europe and the US.

You will take a key role across the full design process, from initial concept through to technical documentation, coordination and site supervision, ensuring the design vision is realized on site.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional interior architecture experience.
• Proven experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects.
• Excellent design, presentation and technical drawing skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead interior architecture projects from concept through execution.
• Develop design concepts, moodboards and client presentations.
• Produce and oversee detailed technical drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee project execution and site progress.
• Maintain the studio’s design intent and standards throughout all project phases.
• Support project planning, coordination and day-to-day project management.

Rôck&Villa is looking for a Senior Interior Architect to join our studio in Mallorca.

As our studio continues to grow internationally, we are looking for an experienced and design-driven professional to join us at an exciting stage of our development. You will work closely with the founders across a highly selective portfolio of high-end residential and hospitality projects in Europe and the US.

This is an opportunity to take a key role within a boutique studio, with significant involvement across the entire design process, from initial concept and creative development through technical documentation, execution and site supervision.

Working closely with the founders, you will take the studio’s creative direction and develop it into fully resolved projects, from concepts, moodboards and presentations through detailed technical documentation, coordination and execution. You will contribute creatively throughout the process while ensuring the original design vision is carried through to its built realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior architecture projects from concept through execution


• Develop design concepts, moodboards and client presentations


• Produce and oversee detailed technical drawings and documentation


• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers


• Oversee project execution and site progress


• Maintain the studio’s design intent and standards throughout all project phases


• Support project planning, coordination and day-to-day project management

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience


• Proven experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects


• Strong aesthetic alignment with Rôck&Villa projects


• Excellent design, presentation and technical drawing skills


• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD + Revit and/or ArchiCAD / InDesign


• Digitally fluent, with a proactive approach to using AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency


• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus


• Strong organizational, communication and project leadership skills


• Currently based in Mallorca or willing to relocate

This is a full-time, studio-based position in Palma de Mallorca, with flexibility for occasional remote work.
