SITA Switzerland Sarl in Barcelona is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to ensure the high performance of production infrastructure while responding rapidly to incidents and improving operational excellence. You will be working with critical production infrastructure in a performance-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure operations and expertise in managing on-premise infrastructures as well as cloud environments. The role includes a focus on automation and collaboration with DevOps and security teams.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure/platform operations roles.
• Ability to manage high-pressure, always-on production environments.
• Clear communication during incidents and across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage global production infrastructure ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Take ownership of incidents, ensuring rapid resolution.
• Drive operational excellence by improving monitoring and observability.

Conocimientos

Hands-on experience in infrastructure/platform operations

On-premise enterprise infrastructure implementation

Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Troubleshooting Linux/Windows systems

Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)

Scripting or programming (Python, Bash)

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)

Educación

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
