PSD Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations professional to manage a hybrid global production environment. You will own incidents end-to-end, troubleshoot cross-platform issues, and push automation through IaC, scripting, and tooling.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Linux/Windows, virtualization, containers, and cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and security compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 3 years hands-on experience in on premises DC infrastructure/platform operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining on-premises enterprise infrastructure.
• Proven experience working in measurable operations environments (SLAs, KPIs, incident management).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• 3 years hands-on experience in on premises DC infrastructure/platform operations roles.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and manage a hybrid global production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services.
• Take end-to-end ownership of incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex cross-platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments.
• Identify, develop, and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling).
• Ensure compliance with governance and security standards including ISO 27001-related controls.
• Maintain accurate documentation and runbooks to support operational readiness and knowledge sharing.

Duration: 6 Months

Availability: ASAP

Key Duties:

• Operate and manage a hybrid global production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services.
