HCLTech in Pamplona, Navarra, Spain seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives across multiple countries.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, align with strategic goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across geographies.

Formación

• 8–10 years of proven IT project management experience.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent.
• Experience delivering multi-country IT transformation programs.
• Strong background in retail, travel retail, POS systems, or ERP implementations is preferred.
• Fluent business English with excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver multiple large-scale IT transformation programs on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, milestones, risk, resources, and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate across multi-country teams and senior stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates and ensure documentation compliance.
• Engage with senior leadership to define objectives and resolve issues.

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-country transformation initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across different geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards


• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies


• Facilitate communication and coordination between multi-functional teams across various countries


• Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project objectives, resolve issues, and provide regular progress updates


• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications & Skills

• 8-10 years of proven IT project management experience, specifically with large-scale transformation programs


• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or an equivalent recognized project management methodology


• Demonstrated success managing multi-country, multi-functional IT delivery within a fast-paced environment


• Strong background in retail, travel retail, POS systems, or ERP implementations is highly preferred


• Fluency in business English, with excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
