Hostinger is seeking a Head of SEO to lead strategic, company-wide SEO initiatives and drive measurable client acquisition and billings. You will architect AI-native search strategies, work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and elevate the SEO team with a strategic mindset.

You will champion SEO across organic channels, including Content, YouTube, and Localization, ensuring launches are SEO-driven from day one and balancing speed with innovation.

Formación

• 5+ years of SEO strategy and execution with demonstrable growth results.
• Strategic content and technical SEO expertise.
• Keyword strategy ownership.
• Competitive analysis and market intelligence; international/global SEO experience.
• Test-and-scale mindset—rapidly test, identify winners, scale efficiently.
• Analytics and data-driven decision making.
• AI-native search fluency – understands emerging platforms and can build strategies for evolving search landscape.
• Strategic leadership – elevate teams and develop strategic thinking.
• Hiring and talent density focus.
• Business-first thinking – connects SEO decisions to new clients and billings.
• Understanding of tech products, or the ability to learn quickly, would be an advantage.
• Multi-channel thinking — seeing how one piece works across platforms.
