Hostinger, a global hosting company, is seeking a Senior Partnerships Product Manager to architect growth in influencer partnerships across markets. You will define end-to-end influencer strategy for owned products, aligning product priorities with revenue targets and cross-functional collaboration.

Your day-to-day

• Global influencer strategy
  
  

Define and execute the end-to-end influencer strategy for an owned product across all focus markets. Translate product marketing priorities into influencer campaigns, growth initiatives, and partner programs tied to product launches and revenue targets.

• Product leadership seat
  
  

Act as the influencer representative inside the Business Unit. Work as a full member of the product leadership and planning process, partnering with the Product Head and Product Marketing Lead to identify growth opportunities and bring influencer insights into go-to-market discussions.

• Regional execution oversight
  
  

Define campaign priorities, success metrics, and strategic direction for regional influencer teams. Coordinate across markets to ensure consistent delivery, messaging alignment, and maximum cross-market impact.

• Partnerships at scale
  
  

Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential influencers and strategic partners. Build scalable partnership frameworks adaptable across markets. Support regional teams in key negotiations and monitor competitor activity and emerging opportunities. Support with business case development within the influencer channel.

• Performance and growth
  
  

Own product-specific influencer KPIs. Analyse campaign, partner, and market performance to surface optimisation opportunities. Report regularly on goals, forecasts, and results to senior stakeholders.

What will help you succeed

• Proven influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or performance marketing expertise as a primary discipline, with a strong track record of tying creator activity to measurable revenue outcomes.
• Hands-on experience translating product and GTM priorities into influencer campaigns, partner programs, and growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to align and direct cross-functional and regional teams across product, marketing, and commercial functions.
• Experience owning or significantly influencing a marketing budget, with comfort reporting on revenue impact beyond vanity metrics.
• Data-driven by default - able to build performance frameworks, diagnose what's working across markets, and optimise based on findings.
• Skilled negotiator with a track record of securing and scaling high-value influencer and strategic partnerships, including in emerging markets.
• Fluent in English; experienced working across cultures, time zones, and international digital or tech products.
• Background in international tech, SaaS, or digital products is a bonus - with genuine curiosity about the creator economy and how it intersects with product growth.

The Influencer Partnerships team drives measurable business growth by building strong, long-term relationships with creators. Our focus is on scaling markets, acquiring new clients, and helping our partners succeed through the right guidance, tools, and support.

You’ll work closely with Partnership Managers and the Partnerships Operations team, which supports the day-to-day technical side of our partnerships. Depending on the market and initiative, we also collaborate with Creative, YouTube, SEO, Affiliates, Finance, Product, Data, Paid Media, and other teams across Hostinger.

Together, we combine strong partnerships, experimentation, and performance insights to create opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
