FedEx Europe is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead European Customs Clearance initiatives, driving process mapping, data-driven recommendations and executive-level reporting. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, BPM modeling, and continuous improvement in a dynamic European setting.
The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and strategic thinking with experience in international environments, and will travel across Europe as needed to implementations and rapid
Competenze
- Experience as an Industrial Engineer in an international business environment.
- MBA or Engineering Master’s preferred; business administration or analytics focus appreciated.
- PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to plan, organize and solve problems.
Mansioni
- Lead regional cross-functional programs from start to finish.
- Develop business analysis plans for new and existing projects.
- Provide recommendations to Senior Management/Leadership.
- Create BPM flows and SOPs / job aids.
- Identify opportunities for innovations, automation and productivity gains.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance and Regulatory teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate into requirements.
