Jobtailor is seeking a technical support specialist to help merchants implement Checkout.com payment processing, handle configuration, debugging, testing, go-live and post-live support.

You will coordinate with Product, Sales and Account teams to resolve integration issues, maintain libraries and plugins, and ensure strong customer satisfaction across multiple projects.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and experience in API-based integrations will help accelerate successful deployments.

Formación

• Technical support experience in a Tech/FinTech company.
• Understanding of API, REST, webhooks and logs is required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of application.
• Experience with Node.js and React is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to merchants during implementation of Checkout.com payment processing technology.
• Answer merchants' integration-related questions, including configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, go-live support and post-live support.
• Manage integration-related incidents through investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting, time tracking and analysis.
• Collaborate with Merchant Configuration, Sales, Account Managers and Merchant Care teams to resolve issues during customer trials, integrations and post-implementation support.
• Interact with Product teams to identify improvement ideas.
• Advise the Manager on issues affecting customer satisfaction and recommend appropriate actions.
• Manage multiple customer projects and integrations simultaneously.
• Maintain and update libraries and plugins used in integrations.

Requirements

• Technical support experience in a Tech/FinTech company
• Payments experience would be advantageous
• Understanding of API, REST, webhooks and logs is required
• Strong coding skills in at least one of: Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Go, C#
• Experience with Node.js and React is a plus
• Knowledge of iOS/Android is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to work in a customer-focused and target-driven environment
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Legally authorised to work as an employee in the country of application
