You will bring 5–8 years in IT integrations and e-invoicing, understand AP/AR lifecycle and EU/APAC regulations, and lead end‑user training, configuration decisions, and troubleshooting.

• 5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e‑invoicing.
• Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and EU/APAC e‑invoicing regulations.
• Deliver end‑user and super‑user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting.
• Act as a specialist in large, cross‑functional implementation projects and partner‑led projects.
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management.
• Resolve customer support issues effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations.
• Support pre‑sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients.
• Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications.
• Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets.
• Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.
