SailPoint is seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Manager to oversee large identity maturity acceleration programs across our region.

You will guide engagements from initial implementation through governance and renewal, coordinating cross‑functional teams including Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success. • 4-5 years of experience driving large programs and delivering results in identity/cybersecurity/SaaS.
• Program and project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide programs and projects.
• Strong business acumen and technical competency.
• Ability to balance technology and business needs; manage schedules and scope.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and resolve conflicts to meet deadlines.
• High EQ and adaptability to maturity of programs.
• Experience developing SaaS products with modern web technologies and Agile processes.
• Passion for building partnerships and leveraging them to achieve success.
• Self-driven and highly motivated work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple customer and partner engagements delivering Identity Maturity Acceleration.
• Align customer expectations with project execution and manage resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams and serve as the cornerstone of client implementation.
• Track progress, report service consumption, and provide stakeholder transparency.
• Identify risks and mitigate challenges to keep engagements on track.
• Lead resource planning, mentoring, and cross‑team collaboration.
