SailPoint is seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Manager to oversee multiple customer and partner engagements across the Identity Maturity Acceleration program.

You will align expectations with project execution, manage resources, and drive engagement success from implementation through governance and renewal. You will collaborate with internal teams, track progress using SailPoint tools, and act as the cornerstone of client delivery while identifying risks and ensuring engagements stay on track

Formación

• 4–5 years of experience delivering large programs in Identity/Cybersecurity/SaaS environments.
• Strong program and project management with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide programs and manage risks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple customer and partner engagements from initial implementation through renewal.
• Align customer expectations with project execution and manage resources to ensure delivery success.
• Coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to drive engagement outcomes.
• Identify risks and mitigate challenges to keep engagements on track and aligned with business objectives.
