Strativ Group is seeking an experienced IAM Programme/Delivery Lead in Spain to coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple client engagements. You will guide governance, risk, and quality standards while aligning with client sponsors and steering committees.

The role requires strong PM credentials (Prince2, MSP, Agile/SAFe, or PMP), hands-on IAM knowledge (SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID), and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and commercial discussions.

Formación

• Proven track record leading IAM programmes/projects.
• Strong PM background with Prince2, MSP, Agile/SAFe, or PMP.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements and delivery teams.
• Excellent client-facing stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Understanding of IAM technologies and requirements (SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, etc).
• Experience supporting pre-sales, scoping, or proposal development is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery across multiple IAM engagements with governance, RAID, and quality assurance.
• Senior delivery escalation point for clients; manage expectations and scope.
• Lead and develop a team of IAM project/programme managers and delivery leads.
• Apply knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, PAM, SSO/MFA, federation to guide solutions.
• Support pre-sales, scoping, estimates, and proposal input; identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure delivery risk, quality, and compliance standards are upheld across client work.

• Delivery: Own delivery across multiple concurrent client IAM engagements, plans, governance, RAID management, quality assurance; ensure consistent delivery methodology and standards across the practice
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as senior delivery escalation point for clients; build trusted relationships with client sponsors and steering committees; manage expectations, scope, and commercial conversations (change requests, extensions)
• Team Leadership: Lead, resource, and develop a team of IAM project/programme managers and delivery leads across engagements; manage bench/utilisation and staffing across projects
• IAM Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, PAM, SSO/MFA, federation, and identity governance to guide solution delivery and give clients confidence in the practice's credibility
• Commercial & Practice Growth: Support pre-sales, scoping, estimating, and proposal input for new engagements; identify growth opportunities within existing accounts; contribute to practice capability and methodology development
• Governance & Risk: Ensure delivery risk, quality, and compliance standards are upheld across all client work; support audits where required
• Proven track record leading IAM programmes/projects
