Intuitive Surgical in Madrid is seeking a Sr. GL Accountant Iberia (Temp-1 year) to join our finance team. You will execute day-to-day accounting across Spain and Portugal, including AP, AR, GL and T&E, and support monthly close and audits.

The role requires 3–5 years in accounting, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong Excel. You will collaborate with SAP, Concur, and other finance systems in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and Concur preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in international, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day accounting activities including AP/AR/GL and T&E processing for assigned entities.
• Prepare payment proposals and support payment execution processes.
• Perform bank postings and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Allocate customer payments and AR follow-up.
• Review travel and expense reports in Concur.
• Assist in external audit activities by providing required information and documentation.
• Participate in monthly close activities including reconciliations and VAT data preparation.
• Use SAP, Coupa, and Concur to input data, generate reports, and respond to inquiries.
