Scopely is seeking a Senior IAM Security Engineer to design, build, and secure Scopely's identity and access management across AWS, GCP, SaaS, AI tooling, and remote access. This is a hands‑on, cloud‑first role focused on Terraform‑driven automation, least‑privilege design, and secure identity workflows in a fast‑moving engineering environment.

You will partner with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to reduce identity sprawl, improve visibility, and drive auditable controls.

Formación

• 8–12+ years in IAM security, cloud security, identity architecture, or related security engineering roles.
• Experience designing and operating IAM solutions for global organizations with complex access needs.
• Strong track record in identity modernization, least privilege, and access automation.
• Proficient with Terraform, Okta, and cloud IAM controls.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and evolve scalable IAM architecture across cloud and SaaS.
• Lead federated identity and least-privilege design initiatives.
• Own Terraform-based IAM automation and IaC patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and SRE teams to reduce identity sprawl and improve audits.
• Design AI-assisted identity security workflows.
