Businessinsights is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a global cybersecurity program focused on strengthening identity and access security across a large enterprise.

You will oversee the deployment of the Password Robustness Enforcer within the organization's Global Active Directory, coordinating Architecture, Cyberdefense, IAM and Infrastructure teams and driving successful project execution and user adoption.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity/cyberdefense initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Change management and governance expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment of Password Robustness Enforcer within a Global Active Directory.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Cyberdefense, IAM and Infrastructure teams.
• Present updates to Architecture Board and manage project governance.
• Drive end-user adoption and change management across enterprise.
• Oversee timelines, risks and dependencies for pre-production by end-2025.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global Cybersecurity program and lead a strategic initiative focused on strengthening identity and access security across a large-scale enterprise environment.

Will oversee the deployment of a Password Robustness Enforcer solution within the organization's Global Active Directory, ensuring seamless coordination between technical teams, stakeholders, and business units while driving successful project execution and user adoption.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-visibility international project alongside Cyberdefense, Architecture, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Active Directory experts.

Main Points

• Project Manager within a global Cyberdefense program.
• Deployment of Password Robustness Enforcer solution.
• Collaboration with Architecture, Cyberdefense, IAM, and Active Directory teams.
• Presentation to Architecture Board.
• Ownership of project governance and coordination.
• Strong focus on Change Management and end-user communication.
• First Pre-Production deployment targeted for end of 2025.
• International English-speaking environment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Project Management experience.
