Qualifikationen

• Technical degree or Bachelor's in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control or related environments.
• Experience in technical training, documentation, or knowledge transfer.

Aufgaben

• Develop and review training materials for Instrumentation & Control systems.
• Support digitalization of training programs and adapt content for new platforms.
• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and practical training sessions.
• Prepare, administer, and evaluate examinations and trainee performance.
• Apply adult learning principles to enhance retention and engagement.
• Incorporate operating experience and industry best practices into programs.
• Maintain training records in learning management systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for content accuracy.
• Support qualification programs and workforce development plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and processes.
• Provide technical support to partners and customers.
