Job Title: Power Platform Developer

Location: Malaga, Spain - Hybrid: 3 Days to Office Every Week

Duration: 6 Months - Extendable

Employment Type: Contract B2B

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to support a digital transformation initiative focused on automating manual business processes and enabling smarter, data-driven workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about leveraging Microsoft technologies to deliver scalable automation solutions.

• Design and develop business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Integrate automation solutions with Office 365, SharePoint, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Collaborate with business users to understand manual processes and propose digital solutions.
• Develop and maintain database integrations using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, or Oracle.
• Use GitLab / GitHub for version control and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Document solutions in Confluence and manage workflows via JIRA.
• Communicate technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• ~4+ years of overall IT development experience.
• ~2+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell.
• ~Proficiency in Python for automation and integration scripting.
• ~Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• ~Strong analytical, design thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• ~Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
