Array Technologies seeks a Senior HRBP for the EMEA region to serve as a corporate HR representative and business partner to leaders and employees. The role drives regional people strategies aligned with global objectives and reports to Corporate HR leadership.

Based in Pamplona, Spain, the position focuses on revenue growth enablement, talent acquisition, development, compliance, and HR program execution across the EMEA region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting multiple countries within EMEA.
• Demonstrated success implementing HR programs for a U.S.-headquartered company.
• Strong business partnering, talent management, and organizational development experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HRIS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Corporate HR representative within the EMEA region and partner with leaders and employees.
• Align regional people strategies with Array’s global business and HR objectives.
• Enable revenue growth, talent acquisition, development, and compliance across EMEA.
• Execute corporate HR programs, governance, and global HR processes consistently.
• Identify gaps and implement sustainable HR solutions across the region.
• Partner with global COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Development).
• Support payroll, absence, timekeeping, and HR transformation initiatives.
