Cushman & Wakefield in Madrid is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Capital Markets Hospitality team. You will analyze and model hotel investments, prepare memoranda and financial reports, and support acquisitions and dispositions through due diligence and data room management.

The role requires strong financial skills, deep knowledge of hotel operations and investment metrics, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while developing client relationships in Spain and across EMEA.

Qualifikationen

• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
• Experience in hotel investment, valuation and feasibility assessments.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and key metrics (ADR, RevPAR, GOP, EBITDA).
• Proficient in creating professional investment presentations and memoranda.

Aufgaben

• Financial Analysis & Modelling for hotel investments, including cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses.
• Support execution of acquisitions and disposals; prepare marketing materials and investment memoranda.
• Analyze hotel P&Ls, budgets and capital expenditure; assess structures like leases and management agreements.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking for hospitality investments.
• Prepare client materials and coordinate due diligence processes with stakeholders.
• Assist business development by identifying opportunities and maintaining investor relationships.
