Fever is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to own the complete hardware lifecycle from concept to production and deployment. You will work with Product, Software, Operations, Procurement and external manufacturers to build reliable hardware for live events.

This hands-on role requires strong technical ownership, practical engineering skills and the ability to balance reliability, cost, manufacturability and scalability in European live entertainment environments.

Formación

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent; strong electrical design background.
• Five+ years designing and developing electronic hardware products.
• Experience with mass production and deployment of hardware products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the hardware development lifecycle from concept through production and post-launch support.
• Design electronics architectures, schematics, PCB layouts, and component selection.
• Prototype, validate, and prepare products for mass production.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers during production.
• Define validation plans and testing protocols; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build scalable hardware operations including capacity planning and BOM management.
• Document designs, firmware versions, and change history; mentor juniors.
