Formula is seeking a senior Google Ads professional to own end-to-end campaigns, primarily GDN and Demand Gen, with occasional Search. You will scale spend, write automation scripts, and continuously optimize using AI tools and data-driven insights.

The role is fully remote with a strong emphasis on autonomous testing, rapid iteration, and collaboration with analytics and creative teams to drive CPS, ROAS, and LTV improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management at scale (Search, GDN, Demand Gen).
• Experience managing $500k+/month in Google spend with CPS/ROAS focus.
• Hands-on experience writing and maintaining Google Ads Scripts for automation.
• Active daily use of AI/LLM tools in workflow.
• Strong analytical mindset with self-built dashboards and data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of Russian language.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale Google Ads (GDN, Demand Gen, Search) meeting CPS and ROAS targets.
• Run weekly creative testing cycles with hundreds of creatives.
• Investigate why Demand Gen and GDN underperform and fix it with data.
• Build automation: semi-automated uploads, Slack commands, rules-based management.
• Collaborate with creative, growth, analytics to link ad performance to outcomes (LTV, ARPU, payback).
