Formación

• 5+ years of professional Go experience.
• Deep understanding of Go internals, scheduler, memory management and GC.
• Experience building high-throughput, concurrent distributed systems.
• Strong debugging skills for concurrency issues and production incidents.
• Understanding of databases (relational and NoSQL), message brokers, caching, monitoring.
• Ability to work in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or 7+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement distributed backend systems in Go with focus on performance and memory behavior.
• Work on runtime-level components operating under high concurrency and throughput.
• Apply knowledge of Go internals to improve system efficiency.
• Design and optimize concurrent workflows using goroutines, channels, synchronization primitives, and context propagation.
• Analyze and optimize memory allocations and data structures for performance-critical paths.
• Improve execution engine for third-party code (isolation, performance, feature extensions).
• Modernize runtime components with modularity, architecture, and observability in mind.
• Improve trigger configuration and execution across webhooks and polling mechanisms.
• Integrate and optimize data storage solutions (Postgres, S3, DynamoDB, Kafka, ClickHouse).
• Identify bottlenecks, race conditions, deadlocks, and performance degradation in distributed systems.
• Own initiatives end-to-end, from design to rollout and production support.
• Conduct code reviews with emphasis on correctness and concurrency safety.
