Stark Future SL is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end international flows, including returns and reverse logistics for a battery‑driven product line. You will work with global partners to keep shipments moving and ensure compliance with customs and battery shipping rules.

The role sits in a fast-growing, innovation‑driven company based in Sant Boi, near Barcelona, offering a competitive package and opportunities to shape a global logistics function.

Formación

• 5+ years in international logistics, transport or distribution with hands-on operational experience.
• Experience with customs procedures, export/import documentation and Incoterms.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers and warehouse partners, and holding them to commitments.
• ERP experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and drive resolutions.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Keep flows moving by resolving blocks, delays, and issues across end-to-end logistics.
• Coordinate with transport partners and warehouses to fix problems and maintain smooth operations.
• Inform Production, Sales and Aftersales about risks before they arise.
• Ensure logistics data accurately reflects real movements to support sound decisions.
• Own reverse flows: returns, battery handling, and compliance with safety rules.
• Collaborate with Aftersales and Quality to move warranty returns quickly.
• Manage flows with recycling and repair partners and maintain traceability.
