CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services in Madrid seeks a seasoned Clinical Project Leader to oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple trials. You will ensure compliance with ICH, GCP, and regulatory standards while coordinating cross-functional teams across global sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in allied health fields (nursing, pharmacy or health science) or equivalent.
• 12 years of clinical research or CTI project management experience.
• Experience managing clinical trials across global operations.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, and evaluate the full execution of assigned clinical trials.
• Oversee multiple trials from planning to analysis for client delivery.
• Coordinate CPMs and CPCs across functions and with the client.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to CPMs and CPCs.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
