Discover International in Madrid seeks an experienced pharmaceutical operations professional to manage clinical trial packaging, labeling, and distribution projects, ensuring timelines, budget, quality and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate setup, documentation, packaging, labeling, and distribution, oversee inventory, and collaborate with IRT/RTSM systems, logistics providers and global depots to support worldwide trials while ensuring GMP/GDP compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in clinical trial supply, pharmaceutical operations, project management, or a related regulated environment.
• Experience in clinical packaging, labelling, distribution, or pharmaceutical supply chains.
• Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of IRT/RTSM systems and GMP/GDP regulations is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage clinical trial packaging and distribution projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project set-up, documentation, packaging, labelling, and distribution activities.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure continuous product availability.
• Work with IRT/RTSM systems, logistics providers, and global depots to support worldwide clinical trial supply.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and support mitigation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and documentation.

Educación

Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
