Job summary

MAU by Leadtech is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the infrastructure and DevOps efforts for scalable cloud-backed products. You will design and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP, build robust CI/CD, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with GCP services like Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage or Networking.
• Proficient with IaC using Terraform for provisioning GCP resources.
• Experience containerizing apps with Docker and deploying via CI/CD.
• Familiar with monitoring/logging using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Proficient in at least one of TypeScript, JavaScript, Go or Python.
• Knowledge of Git and modern agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for backend services on GCP.
• Implement and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with mobile, web and backend teams to optimize deployment and observability.
• Ensure security best practices in GCP infra and pipelines.
• Create and maintain deployment architecture documentation and runbooks.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
