Yodo1 Games seeks a Senior Game Designer to join Transformers: Earth Wars. You will own complex feature design, balance the economy and game loops, and create clear design documentation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations, bringing analytical rigor and a passion for mobile games. We value proactive problem-solvers who experiment, learn from feedback, and drive high-quality content.

Formación

• Game/content design experience, ideally on live hero/character driven mobile/F2P titles.
• Strong understanding of game systems, balance, and player motivation in free-to-play games.
• Experience using Unity and internal content tools.
• An analytical mindset, able to use data and feedback to refine designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own Complex Feature & Content Design: architect and implement major systems and features and new game characters from concept to data implementation.
• Drive Systemic Balance: analyze core economy, game loops and combat meta to ensure depth and healthy shifts.
• Champion Design Clarity: create high-level design docs and defend designs to stakeholders with data-driven rationale.
• Elevate Team Quality: provide constructive feedback and share Unity/balance know-how across the team.
• Optimize the Pipeline: collaborate with production, art and engineering to maintain sustainable monthly releases.
