femtasy is the audio-only streaming platform for female-centric erotica. We inspire women to explore and enjoy on their own terms; simple as that. Your mission:

With +1.5M users and +170M audio plays, you are crucial to the maintenance, design and scaling of our platform. You have full ownership across all our platform and work closely with our CTO to deliver new features and provide solid tech solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Implement new features across all our stack, from the backend to the frontend.
  • Elixir, Ruby, Typescript + (React|Nextjs). High 90s % coverage on all projects.
• Maintain, design and scale our platform.
  • Our platform is on AWS, based onEKS and served via Netlify.
• Work closely with Marketing and Product squads
  • Be crucial to the decision and implementation of features that support our business goals
• Report directly to the CTO, challenge the status quo,and work together in defining the future of out platform

Role specific requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally within a startup / high growth setup.
• You have worked in the backend, frontend and have solid understanding of each one
• Extended experience on cloud environments, K8s, DevOps, monitoring, observability
• User-centric mindset with understanding of business metrics
• Fluent in English.
