Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Madrid (Getafe) is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Tech Lead with AI adoption expertise. You will guide frontend, backend and AI workstreams, set technical direction, and ensure secure, scalable, production‑ready solutions with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Coach developers and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Ensure quality, portability and effective collaboration across the ecosystem.
• Attend Scrum ceremonies and translate requirements into technical tasks.
• Proactively report status, risks and blockers to stakeholders.
• Review and approve pull requests while defining coding, branching and merge standards within the CI/CD chain.

Years' experience: 6-10 years

Spanish: C2

Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field

Eligible for Spanish national security clearance (HPS)

Workplace: Hybrid — Getafe

Work Schedule: 09:00-18:00 (including 1 hour lunch break)
