Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced AIOPS Technician in Madrid to join a dynamic team. The role involves operating and evolving an enterprise event management ecosystem, owning the episode lifecycle, onboarding monitoring sources, and integrating across monitoring, ITSM, and on-call platforms.

Responsibilities include designing automated remediation, building AI-assisted agents, and evaluating migrations to new AIOps tooling. Hybrid work in Madrid with 8x5 on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with enterprise event management or AIOps platforms.
• Strong integration engineering skills using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with CI/CD delivery practices.
• ITIL incident, problem and change awareness.

Years' experience: 3 to 10 years

Workplace: Hybrid - Madrid

Work Schedule: 8x5 + oncall, 9:00AM - 18:00PM
