Talan Group is seeking an AI-native engineer to contribute to the software development life cycle from requirements analysis to production deployment. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of backend software engineering experience with a strong command of Java, Spring Boot, and AI-assisted tools.

This remote position provides the opportunity to work in a multicultural team and engage in international projects while being based in Málaga, Andalucía.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Software Developer / Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Camunda for backend development.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools throughout the SDLC.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the development and maintenance of an innovative application.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Collaborate in the adoption of AI engineering best practices.
