topi is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer in Madrid with deep expertise in Go to join a diverse, product-minded team. You will own architecture from the database to the browser, primarily focusing on the Go backend and APIs while contributing to React/TypeScript frontend when a feature requires it.

You will collaborate closely with Product and Design to transform ambiguous requirements into polished features, maintaining high standards for code quality and performance across the stack.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional software engineering in production.
• Shipped Go in production for 2+ years and owned backend system design end-to-end.
• Frontend exposure with React/TypeScript is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Architect features from database to browser with the Go backend.
• Build, scale, and maintain modern web apps with Go backend and React frontend when needed.
• Design and implement clean Go APIs integrated into a React frontend.
• Maintain high standards for code quality and performance across backend and frontend.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate ambiguous requirements into polished features.
• Champion an agentic engineering mindset when using AI coding agents.
