You will own quarterly goals, collaborate across product, design, and analytics, and help ensure reliability and growth at scale. Base pay ranges from €86,000 to €122,000 per year, with equity rewards and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing and architecting applications.
• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue.
• Proficiency in backend design with Python or Kotlin.
• Strong code quality and maintainable design practices.
• Ownership mindset with proactive feedback and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly goals for the team and lead through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics in the lifecycle.
• Identify and solve project, process, or tech issues.
• Monitor metrics and support on-call efforts.
• Set and improve code review and design standards.
• Develop team talent through guidance and feedback.
• On-Call Rotation is required.
