Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (React & Java) to join our Madrid-based team while operating in a fully remote capacity. You will own features end-to-end across frontend and backend, collaborating with designers, PMs, and fellow engineers to deliver incremental value in short cycles.

You will work with a modern React/TypeScript frontend, Java/Spring Boot backend, and services like RabbitMQ, Datadog, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong frontend and backend experience with React and Java.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from DB to UI, including design to deployment.
• Pair with engineers, designers, and PMs to ship features each cycle.
• Design and code discussions, trade-offs affecting product and team.
• Maintain automated testing and strong observability across services.
• Build backend services and APIs in Java/Spring Boot with RabbitMQ.
