Job summary

PepsiCo International dCommerce team is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to advance Nova, our Digital Shelf product, combining backend integrations with rich user experiences to drive digital commerce growth.

You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor teammates, define API contracts, ensure quality with automated tests and CI/CD, and collaborate with data engineers, BI engineers, and product managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers, BI engineers, data scientists, and product managers in data‑driven products.
• Strong foundation in software architecture, code reviews, and multi‑stack delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product capabilities for Nova, from backend integration to user-facing experiences.
• Refine requirements with UX/Product and engineering leadership; plan delivery with clear trade-offs.
• Provide accurate estimates, identify dependencies, and manage risks to keep delivery predictable.
• Build robust backend services, APIs, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Develop high-quality frontend applications with emphasis on usability, performance, and accessibility.
• Define and enforce API contracts and data models for cross-component collaboration.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to CI/CD, observability, and reliable release practices.
