Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot on the backend.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and practical use.
• Experience integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance apps.
• Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent).
• Ability to review AI-generated results critically and take accountability for AI-driven outcomes.
