Allianz Technology is seeking an Expert Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across frontend and backend layers. You will collaborate with architects, product teams, and developers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, and leverage AI-powered coding assistants to boost productivity and code quality.

Formación

• Several years of experience delivering enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong hands-on frontend with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Backend development using Java and Spring Boot; REST API design.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and assessing AI outputs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.

What you do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and integrate frontend and backend components using modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
• Drive software quality through code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure security, maintainability, and reliability throughout the application lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and delivery activities.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions, applying modern design patterns and sharing technical expertise across teams.

What you bring

• Several years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, delivering enterprise-grade web applications in complex environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Proven expertise in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, as well as REST API design and integration.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security best practices, and modern development methodologies.
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants and the ability to critically assess and validate AI-generated outputs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and passion for continuous learning.
