MindMatch in Valencia, Spain, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join a FinTech platform. The role is hands-on with ownership over core systems, requiring hybrid work with two days per week onsite in Madrid (Retiro) and collaboration with product, data and business teams.

You will design and build customer portals, REST APIs and backend services, mentoring juniors and using AI-assisted tooling to move fast while maintaining quality.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with high-volume or transactional systems.
• Fluent English and ability to work in Madrid hybrid model.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build core modules of a financial services platform.
• Develop customer-facing portal experiences on the front end.
• Build and scale backend services and REST APIs.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction.
• Uphold security, performance and reliability standards across the stack.
• Partner with product, data and business teams on delivery.
• Review code and support the growth of junior developers.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development without compromising quality.
