Bark is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a small, agile squad responsible for the Acquisition domain, which includes marketing technology. You will work across the stack on Python and React/TypeScript, building AI-powered tools to accelerate campaigns and automate workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing to ship internal tools, AB testing, and a test-measure-learn approach while ensuring security and governance of AI outputs.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of Python in production.
• 4+ years of React experience.
• Balanced front-end/back-end experience (50/50 preferred, 30/70 acceptable).
• Experience building scalable, high-performing web apps.
• Production MySQL experience; NoSQL familiarity.
• Experience building, testing and documenting APIs for internal/external use.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Interest in marketing and automation problems.

Aufgaben

• Build APIs, services and front-end experiences using Python and React/TypeScript.
• Integrate with marketing technology stack and third-party platforms.
• Design and ship AI-powered internal tooling to automate marketing workflows.
• Measure tool adoption and business value (KPIs, efficiency gains).
• Ensure cost tracking, secret/PII hygiene and AI-output review before live deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design and marketing to move ideas to production.
• Proactively improve codebase and architecture.
• Mentor engineers and share best practices.
• Evaluate AI tools and drive adoption with documentation and patterns.
• Improve internal processes and stakeholder collaboration.
